Darkest

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

Supplies needed:
Mask: WSL_Mask83 from weescotslass .

Tube of choice. I used the artwork of Jeffery Scott which can be purchased here: MPT

Scrap kit of choice. I used Delusional from Gothic Inspirations.

Let's get started :)
1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 500 x 550 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper 20, paste as a new layer.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is not checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group.

3. Paste frame 3 as new layer above mask layer. Using magic wand tool, select inside frame.

4. Paste paper 4 below frame 3, Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

5. Paste mesh element as new layer above frame 3. Resize to 75% and position over frame to the left side. Give drop shadow

6. Take GlitterSquareSpillWSpiders and paste it as a new layer below paper 4. Resize to your liking and position so a little sticks out on the upper left corner and lower right corner of frame.

7. Take WireMesh element and paste as new layer above glitter spill, position to the upper right so a little of the mesh sticks out from under the frame. DUplicate layer, mirror and flip.

8. Paste Bead element above frame, resize to 60% and position it in middle of frame. Give a drop shadow.

9. Take Barbwire element and paste as a new layer above the bead element. re size to 83%. Give drop shadow.

10. Take RibbonWCharm, resize 40%, paste as layer above the Barwire. Position at top of frame nearly to the left corner. Give a drop shadow.

11.Paste BowWStaple element above ribbon, resize to 40%. Position over ribbon so it appears they are stapled together to the frame. Give drop shadow.

12. Paste tube above Barbwire, position to the right side of the frame. Give drop shadow. Duplicate layer and mirror. Move duplicated layer beneath frame. Go to layers - properties and change opacity to 40.

13, Paste Thorns as new layer above tube, resize to 65%. Position toward bottom of frame. Give drop shadow.

14. Paste RustyBucket as new layer above Thorns. Resize to 25%, position to lower left corner in front of frame. Give drop shadow.

15. Paste Skull element above Thorns, resize to 25%. Position to the lower right corner in front of frame. Give drop shadow.

16. OPTIONAL: I added in CrumpledPaper element at bottom of frame, to cover part of the tube. The Used the Stitched element to make it appear as if sewn into frame.

17. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

18. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used StraightJacketBB font at 80 pixels. apply drop shadow.

19. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done.

HH2009

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

Let's get started :)
1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open mask in psp and then open a new file size 600 x 600 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper 18, paste as a new layer.

2. Open Go to Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - select mask. Make sure invert mask data is checked (if using same mask as me).

3. Using magic wand tool, select inside circle of mask layer. Take paper 16 and paste into selection (ctrl/shift/L). Select none (ctrl/D). Merge layer group.

4. Paste FFrame2 above the mask layer. Resize to 60% and Free Rotate - Right 90. Using magic wand tool, select inside frame. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 5.

5. Paste paper15 below frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Give frame a drop shadow.

6. Paste Garland element above paper15 and below frame. Resize to 65%. Position in middle of frame. Give drop shadow.

7. Paste your tube above frame, resize and position to your liking. Give drop shadow. **Optional Step: Depending on your tube you may wish to use your eraser tool to 'shave off' some edges that overhang frame.

8. Paste Sunflower1 above frame layer, resize to 30%. Position to the upper left corner of frame. Give drop shadow. Duplicate layer and position second flower at lower right corner of frame.

9. Paste CBall1 above frame, resize to 30% and position to the upper right corner of frame so loop is in center of flower. Give drop shadow.

10. Paste Candle2 element above tube. Resize to 40%, position to your liking, near lower left corner of frame. Give drop shadow.

11. Add any other elements you'd like to tag, resize if needed and add drop shadows.

12. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

13. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used BixAntiqueScriptHmkBold font at 80 pixels. apply drop shadow.

14. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done.

Waiting

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

3. Paste frame04 as new layer. Using your magic wand tool, select inside open area the frame.

4. Take paper08 and paste it into selected area (ctrl/shift/L), then select none (ctrl/D). Give layer a drop shadow.

5. Paste frame01 below frame04. Free Rotate - Right 90. Give drop shadow.

6. Paste frame03 below frame01. Position slighty to the right so part of the circle shows beneath the other frames. Give frame03 a drop shadow.

7. Paste sparkles above mask layer, position near bottom right of frame01. Duplicate layer, flip and mirror.

8. Paste star cluster above sparkles, position along left corner of frame at bottom. Duplicate layer, then flip and mirror.

9. Paste stocking above frame04, resize stocking to 30%. Position at top of frame, toward the left corner. Give drop shadow.

10. Paste ornament01 above stocking, resize to 30%. Position to the top right corner of frame. Give a drop shadow.

11. Paste tube above other layers, position to your liking. Give a drop shadow.

12. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

13. Resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

14. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Base:Christmas font at 90 pixels.

15. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Cool Santa

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open mask in psp and then open a new file size 600 x 600 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper 10, paste as a new layer.

2. Open Go to Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - select mask. Make sure invert mask data is not checked. Merge group.

3. Paste frame 01 above the mask layer. Resize to 80% position slightly to the right side. Using magic wand tool, select inside frame. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 5.

4. Paste paper 4 below frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Give frame a drop shadow.

5. Paste glitter swirl element above frame 01. Position to your liking.

6. Paste frame 02 above the mask layer. Position slightly to the left over frame 01. Using magic wand tool, select inside frame 02. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 5

7. Paste paper 8 below frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

8. Go back to frame 02, Using magic wand tool, select inside frame 02. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 5.

9. Paste your tube above paper 1, resize and position to your liking within selected area of frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Give tube and frame a drop shadow.

10. Paste sun element above tube. Resize to 25%, position to your liking, near top inside frame. Give light yellow drop shadow.

11. Paste life-saver above frame 02, resize to your liking and position so 'peg' is to the upper right corner of frame.

12. Paste anchor above frame 02. Position to the lower right side of frame. Give a drop shadow.

13. Paste as flower 01 above the frame. Resize to 25%, position at lower left corner of frame. give a drop shadow.

14. Paste netting above flower layer, position at left side of frame as if draped over or hanging from it. Give a very slight drop shadow.

15. Paste palm-tree above netting, resize to 90%. Position on left side of frame. give drop shadow.

16. Paste sand above palm tree, postition to the bottom of tag so a little of the sand overlaps a little on the frame and elements in the lower part of tag.

17. Add any other elements you'd like to tag, resize if needed and add drop shadows.

18. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

19. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used sabrina font at 72 pixels. apply drop shadow.

20. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done.

Angel

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 600 x 600 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper of choice (I used paper 11 from Red kit), paste as a new layer.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is not checked. Merge layer group.

3. Take deco04 from Ice kit and paste above first mask layer.

4. Paste frame01 from Ice kit above the deco layer. Using your magic wand tool select inside frame. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 4.

5. Paste another paper above deco layer and below frame. (I used paper 17 from Ice kit) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

6. Paste tube above frame, resize to your liking and give grop shadow. Depending on your tube you may which to crop it to fit within the frame.

7. Paste glitter01 from Ice kit, above tube layer. Duplicate layer and mirror.

8. Paste bast_bc ribbon from red kit above frame. Resize to 60% or your liking. Position toward the left side of frame, give drop shadow.

9. Paste flower01 from Red kit above frame. Resize to 40%, position to upper right corner of frame and give drop shadow.

10. Paste bow01 from Ice kit above frame. Resize to your liking and position to the lower right side of frame. Give drop shadow.

11. Paste butterfly01 from Ice kit as new layer above the others. Resize to your liking and position to the upper left side of tag. Give drop shadow.

12. Add any other elements you like to tag, resize if needed and add drop shadows.

13. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

14. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Rage Italic font at 85 pixels. apply drop shadow.

15. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done.

Do It

2. Take paper of choice (I used paper 7), paste as a new layer.

3. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is not checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group.

4. Use your magic wand select inside thin rec bottom. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 10) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge down and give drop shadow. Repeat this step with thin rec top, using same paper.

5. Use your magic wand select inside the lg rec layer. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 3) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

6. Use your magic wand select inside the lg rec layer again. Take the Tag Back Tulles, re size to 60%. and paste as a new layer above the paper layer. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Give a drop shadow. Duplicate layer then mirror.

7. Paste Tullip as layer above Tulles. Resize to 40%, position to the right inside frame.Give drop shadow, duplicate layer then mirror.

8. Use your magic wand to select the lg frame. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 6) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge paper layer down and give drop shadow.

9. Using magic wand tool select inside sm rec. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 4) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

10. Using magic wand tool select sm frame. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 6) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge layer down and give a drop shadow.

11. Paste Tears element as layer below sm frame. Resize to 30%, position at top of frame and give drop shadow.

12. Paste your tube as a new layer above sm frame. Re size and position to your liking. Apply drop shadow to your tube.

13. Paste DiamondBling element above sheer strips layer, resize to 50% and position to the left side. Use your eraser tool to erase a few of the diamonds which over lap the tulips fully.

14. Paste BCA Ribbon as layer above sm frame, resize to your liking. Position at top right corner of sm frame. Give drop shadow. Duplicate layer and position to the top left side of sm frame. Give drop shadow.

15. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

16. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag like me).

17. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used SassyFrass font at 120 pixels. apply drop shadow.

18. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Love Bites

3. Paste frame as new layer. (I used frame 2) free rotate right 90 and resize 80%. Using your magic wand tool, select inside open area the frame.

4. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer below the frame. (I used paper 6) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

5. Paste doodle above mask layer, resize 90%.

6. Paste sequins below frame, free rotate - right 90. Position slighty to the right so a few sequins show from beneath frame. Duplicate layer and move new layer to the left so a few sequins show on left side of frame.

7. Paste Blood above frame, position near bottom right of frame. Go to layer properties - opacity 80. Duplicate layer, flip and position at top left of frame.

8. Paste mesh-heart above frame, position along left side of frame at bottom.

9. Paste pin above frame - position heart part of pin at top of frame, toward the left side. Give drop shadow. Using eraser tool, erase a little of the stem of the pin to make it look as if it's tacked behind frame.

10. Paste bow 4 above frame. Position to the top right corner of frame, resize to your liking. give a drop shadow.

11. Paste tube below frame layer, position and crop to your liking. Give a drop shadow.

12. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

13. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

14. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Amienne font at 90 pixels. apply drop shadow.

Naughty Girl

2. Go to Image - Picture Frame - Edge Brush 05. Make sure Frame Canvas and Frame inside if the image are checked.

3. Paste frame 5 above the picture frame layer. Using magic wand tool, select inside frame. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 5.

4. Paste another paper (I used paper 8) below frame 5. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

5. Paste swirl 1 element above frame, resize to your liking and position to the top of the frame. give drop shadow.

6. Paste your tube above swirl 1, resize it to your liking and give a drop shadow.

7. Paste ribbon 3 above tube. Resize to your liking, position near botton of inner rectangle on frame. give drop shadow.

8. Paste word art 3 above ribbon 3, position over ribbon as if ribbon is underlining the word. Give a drop shadow.

9. Take flower 2 element - paste as a new layer above the frame. re size to your liking. Position in middle left side of frame. Give a drop shadow.

10. Take flair 1, paste as layer above the frame. Resize to your liking, position at top left of frame. give a drop shadow.

11. Paste cherries above flair layer, resize to your liking, position at bottom of flair button. Give a drop shadow.

12. Paste bow 1 above cherries, resize to your liking. Position over stem of cherries. give drop shadow.

13. Add any other elements you like to tag, resize if needed and add drop shadows.

14. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

15. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Amienne font at 125 pixels. apply drop shadow.

16. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done

Rock Love

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

2. Create new mask layer using mask81 make sure 'Invert mask data' is not checked. Merge layer group.

3. Take another paper and past above first mask layer. (I used paper 11).

4. Create new mask layer using mask52 make sure 'Invert mask data' is not checked. Merge layer group.

5. Paste frame 10 above the mask layer, Resize 80%. Using your magic wand tool select inside frame. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand - 5.

6. Paste another paper above secind mask layer and below frame. (I used paper 17) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

7. Go to your frame layer again. Using your magic wand tool, select inside frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 5.

8. Paste chrome doodle 3 above paper and below frame layer. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

9. Paste flower 8 above frame. Resize to 35 % and give drop shadow.

10. Paste flower 7 above flower 8. Resize to 30 % and give drop shadow. Position over flower 7 so that some of flower 7 shows. Give drop shadow. Merge layer down. Duplicate layer then mirror.

11. Paste glitter trail 2 above second mask layer. Resize to your liking and position so a bit of the glitter and hearts shows from beneath the frame.

12. Paste your tube below frame, resize it to your liking and give a drop shadow.

13. Go to your frame layer again. Using your magic wand tool, select inside frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 5.

14. Go back to tube layer - Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

15. Add any other elements you like to tag, resize if needed and add drop shadows.

16. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

17. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Balzano font at 100 pixels. apply drop shadow.

18. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done.

Witchy

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

4. Paste another paper above mask layer and below frame. (I used paper 11) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

5. Go to your frame layer again. Using your magic wand tool, select inside frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 5.

6. Paste web element above paper and below frame layer. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

7. Paste tree element above frame. Resize to your liking and give drop shadow.

8. Using your preset shape tool, draw two rectangles. The first toward the bottom of your tag, the second will be smaller and positioned to the upper left of tag. Move second smaller rectangle below your frame.

9. Using your magic wand select inside one of the rectangles. Paste a paper as layer above rectangle. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

10. Repeat step 9 for the other rectangle, using a different paper.

11. Paste your tube above larger rectangle, resize it to your liking and position toward the bottom of your tag in front of rectangle. give a drop shadow.

12. Take the starcluter element - paste as a new layer above the mask. re size to your liking.

13. Add any other elements you like to tag, resize if needed and add drop shadows.

14. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

15. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Balzano font at 100 pixels. apply drop shadow.

16. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done.

Purr

1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 600 x 600 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper of choice (I used paper 1), paste as a new layer.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is not checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group. Optional step: Duplicate layer and merge duplicated layer with original mask layer. This makes the mask darker.

3. Paste frame 11 above the mask layer, free rotate right 90. Resize to 80%. Using your selection tool - rectangle, draw a rectangle inside outer edges offrame .

4. Paste another paper (I used paper 4) above mask layer and below frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

5. Go to your frame layer again. Using your magic wand tool, select inside lower left rectangle of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 5.

6. Paste another paper below frame layer. (I used paper 2) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Repeat this step for upper right rectangle of frame.

7. Paste frame 6 above frame 11. Resize to 90%, give drop shadow.

8. Paste your tube above your frame, resize it to your liking and position to the right side of frame. give a drop shadow.

9. Take the metal flowers element - paste as a new layer above the tube. re size to your liking. Position at bottom, right corner of frame. Give a drop shadow.

10. Take milk jar, resize to your liking, paste as layer above the tube. position at bottom left of frame. give a drop shadow.

11. Paste fish bones below milk jug but above frame layer, resize to your liking, position behind milk jug at lower left corner of frame. Give a drop shadow.

12. Paste worart 1 (purr) above frame 11, resize to your liking. Position to upper left of frame. give drop shadow.

13. Add any other elements you like to tag, resize if needed and add drop shadows.

14. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

15. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Segoe Print font at 72 pixels. apply drop shadow.

16. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done

Better

Let's get started :)
1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open your template copy as a new image (shift/D). Delete copyright layer.

2. Use your magic wand select inside lt gray frame background. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper N) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge layer down.

3. Use your magic wand select inside the dk gray frame layer. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper H) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge paper layer down.

4. Repeat step 3 with the black frame area of the white frame layer. Use the same paper.

6. Use your magic wand select inside white frame layer. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper J) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

7. Instead of using a paper for the strips behind the frame, I used two elements. Take Border element - resize to your liking, layer this where two of the strips are placed. Delete the strips when done. give Border a drop shadow..

8. Repeat step 7 on the two other strips, using a different ribbon or border piece.

9. Paste Cluster Frame above background layer. Resize to your liking.

10. Paste Long Bow A above White frame layer. Resize to your liking and Position to the upper right corner of larger frame. give drop shadow.

11. Paste jewel element above long bow A, resize to your liking and position directly over the bow. give drop shadow.

12. Paste Clipped flower above White frame layer. Resize to your liking and position to the lower right corner of larger frame. give drop shadow.

13. Paste blossom A as new layer, resize to your liking and position to upper left corner of larger frame. Give drop shadow.

14. Paste magnolia as new layer, resize to your liking and position to lower left corner of larger frame. Give drop shadow.

15. Paste your tube as a new layer above white frame layer. Re size and position to your liking. Apply drop shadow to your tube.

16. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

16. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag like me).

17. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Freestyle Script font at 100 pixels. apply drop shadow.

18. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

TLC- 2

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

Let's get started :)
1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 600 x 600 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper of choice (I used paper 8), paste as a new layer.

2. Paste beads element above paper layer. Resize to 80%, duplicate layer and mirror image. Merge down with first set of beads, duplicate layer again and flip. Use your eraser tool to erase a few beads where layers overlap.

3. Go to Image (in toolbar at top of psp) - Picture frame - choose edge design 01 - select frame canvas and frame outside of image.

4. Paste frame 2 above the picture frame layer, resize to 90%, free rotate right 90. Using your selection tool - rectangle, draw a rectangle inside of the frame, so that you get all three boxes.

5. Paste another paper (I used paper 6) as new layer below frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

6. Paste heart rope element above frame layer, resize to 80%. Position slightly to the left side over frame. Give drop shadow.

7. Paste flower 2 above frame, position to the upper right corner of the frame, resize to your liking. Give drop shadow.

8. Take the felt heart element - paste as a new layer above the flower. re size to your liking. Position at upper right corner of frame so it overlaps the flower. Give a drop shadow.

9. Paste your tube above heart layer, resize to your liking and position it to the right side above frame. give a drop shadow.

10. Duplicate your tube and move duplicated layer under frame. Position it to the left side beneath frame. Go to Layers - Properties - Blend mode = Luminance (Legacy), Opacity = 80.

11. Add any other elements you'd like to your tag, give them drop shadows.

12. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

13. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Faerie font at 85 pixels. apply drop shadow.

14. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done

TLC

3. Paste frame 1 above the mask layer, free rotate right 90. Using your magic wand tool, select inside center of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 6.

4. Paste beads element as new layer above mask layer and below frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

5. Go to your frame layer again. Using your magic wand tool, select inside center of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 6.

6. Paste lace element above beads layer. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

7. Paste ribbon 2 above frame, position to the upper left of the frame, resize to your liking. Using your eraser tool, erase bits of the ribbon to make it appear as if ti's wrapping around the frame (see sample).

8. Paste your tube above your frame, resize and position it to your liking. give a drop shadow.

9. Take the flower 3 element - paste as a new layer above the tube. re size to your liking. Position at bottom, right corner of frame. Give a drop shadow.

10. Take heart tab, resize to your liking, paste as layer above the tube. position at bottom left of frame. Free rotate to the right 25. give a drop shadow.

11. Paste bandaid layer below tube but above frame layer, resize to your liking, position to the upper right corner of frame. Give a drop shadow.

13. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

14. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Greg's Hand font at 85 pixels. apply drop shadow.

15. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done

Life's a bitch

5. Paste PaperPieceRedDark below frame, use your eraser tool to remove any part that hangs outside frame. Give drop shadow.

6. Paste StringRibbonRed above frame, using pick tool, shrink it so the ends are just at the edge of the frame. Give a drop shadow.

7. Paste BloodSplatter below frame, position near top inside frame.

8. Paste HeartBrokenRed above frame, position along left side of frame. Give drop shadow.

9. Paste StaplesGoth above heart - resize to fit along left border of frame. Give drop shadow.

10. Paste BlingGlitterRed below mask layer. Position to your liking. give a drop shadow - I used white on the drop shadow to make it a little less busy.

11. Paste tube above staple layer, position to your liking. Give a drop shadow.

12. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

13. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

14. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Inspiration font at 120 pixels. apply drop shadow.

15. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Wicked

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

Let's get started :)
1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open your template copy as a new image (shift/D), resize your canvas to 600 x 600 pixels. Delete copyright layer and make background layer visible.

2. Paste glitter splat above background layer. You may wish to resize it a little, duplicate layer and mirror.

3. Use your magic wand select inside big rectangle. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 14) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge layer down and give a drop shadow.

4. Use your magic wand select inside the W on the wicked text layer. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 8) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge paper layer down.

5. Repeat step 4 with each letter on the wicked text layer. Use the same paper for each letter. (see sample). When you have finished all the leters, give layer a drop shadow.

6. Take the barbwire element - paste as a new layer above the wicked text layer. re size to 50%. Give a drop shadow.

7. Using magic wand tool select inside top bottom strip. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 13) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge layer down and give a drop shadow..

8. Repeat step 7 on bottom bottom strip, using same paper.

9. Using magic wand tool select inside top upper strip. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 6) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge layer down and give a drop shadow.

10. Repeat step 9 on bottom upper strip, using same paper.

11. Using magic wand tool select inside circle back. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 6 again) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge layer down.

12. Using magic wand tool select inside circle frame. Take a paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 1) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Merge layer down and give a drop shadow.

13. Paste your tube as a new layer above the others. Re size and position to your liking. Apply drop shadow to your tube.

14. Paste grass element below tube, resize to your liking and position at bottom.

15. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

16. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag like me).

17. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used SassyFrass font at 120 pixels. apply drop shadow.

18. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Spooky

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is not checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group.

3. Paste ropeframe as new layer. resize to 60%. Using your magic wand tool, select inside center of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 6.

4. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer below the frame. (I used paper 10.) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

5. Paste your tube above your frame, resize to your liking, and position it to the right (see sample). give a drop shadow.

6. Paste moon as new layer above frame, re size to 15%, position within frame to the upper left. Give a drop shadow.

7. Take the moss02 element - paste as a new layer above the moon. re size to 80%. Position at top, along arc of the rope. Give a drop shadow.

8. Paste mesh grey element below frame, resize 10%, mirror and position to the left edge of frame. If needed use erase tool to shave off any excess that hangs outside frame.

9. Paste spooky hollow sign element below tube, resize to 50%. position at bottom of frame so that some of the sign is behind tube. give drop shadow.

10. Paste vines element below paper, re size to 50% position to the right so a little sticks out from behind frame.. give drop shadow. duplicate layer and mirror, position duplicated layer in the same manner to the left.

11. Paste grunge skull element as layer below frame, re size to 23%. position to the right so a little of it is behind frame and rest sticks out.

12. Use pick tool to stretch mask layer if you'd like more of it to show behind your tag.

13. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

14. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Tandelle font at 31 points. apply drop shadow.

15. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done

ToT (Trick or Treat)

3. Paste web element as new layer above mask layer. Re size to 70%. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel -use the following settings. Bevel 8, Width 8, Smoothness 0, Depth 20, Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Color HTML #d4add5, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 30. give drop shadow
4. Paste frame of choice above the web layer, I used the dark circle frame. (you may wish to recolor your frame to cordinate better with tube and paper choice) Apply Inner Bevel effect with same settings as before.  give drop shadow.

5. Paste frame2 as new layer. resize to 60%. Using your magic wand tool, select inside center of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 6. 

6. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer below the frame. (I used paper 25.) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

7. Using your magic wand tool, select inside center of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 6.

8. Paste your tube below your frame, resize and position it to your liking. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). give drop shadow.

9. Using move tool, click on your frame. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel -use the following settings. Bevel 8, Width 8, Smoothness 0, Depth 20, Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Color HTML #808080, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 30.

10. Paste Star Frame 1 above circle frame. resize to 60%. Using your magic wand tool, select inside center of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 6..

11. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer below the frame. (I used paper 1.) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

12. Using move tool click on star frame. Merge layer down (with paper). give merged layer a drop shaodw and dupilcate. Position duplicated layer so a little of the star sticks out from beneath rectangle frame. (see sample). 

13. Paste ghost 2 element above rectangle frame, position on corner at right side of the frame. Give drop shadow, duplicate the layer and position second ghst on left corner of frame.

14. Add any other elements or word art you would like to your tag, remember to give them a drop shadow.

15. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

16. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Stereofidelic font at 105 pixels. apply drop shadow.

17. Add in any artist, copyright, and license info and voila! Your tag is done.

Unturned

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 500 x 550 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper of choice (I used paper 6), paste as a new layer.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group. Free rotate Left 90.

3. Paste glitter element as new layer above mask layer. Re size to 80%, position near bottom. duplicate and mirror, position duplicated layer toward top of tag.

4. Paste paper cluster 2 above the glitter layer resize to 65%, free rotate right 90. give drop shadow.

5. Paste frame2 as new layer. resize to 60%. Using your magic wand tool, select inside center of the frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 16. 

6. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer below the frame. (I used the background image that came with my tube.) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

7. Using move tool, click on your frame. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel -use the following settings. Bevel 8, Width 8, Smoothness 0, Depth 20, Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Color HTML #808080, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 30.

8. Paste your tube above your frame, resize and position it to your liking. give a drop shadow.

9. Take the leaves1 element - paste as a new layer above the tube. re size to 60% and rotate left. Position at bottom, along edge of your tube. Duplicate the layer and mirror it. Give both a drop shadow.

10. Take embellishment, resize 50%, paste as layer above the leaves. position at bottom so it is over the leaves. give a drop shadow.

11. Paste swirl 3 element below glitter layers, position so that some of the swirls show on the right side of the frame. apply inner bevel with same settings as used on frame, duplicate the layer and mirror.

12. Paste heartvintage element above tube, position to the upper right corner of tag. give drop shadow. duplicate layer and mirror.

13. Paste staple as layer above hearts, re size to 15%. position so one prong is through hole in heart, duplicate later and position the new one the same way above the other heart.

14. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

15. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Confection font at 120 pixels. apply drop shadow.

16. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done

Lovebirds

3. Paste frame 01 as new layer. Resize to 50%. Position to the upper left corner. Give frame drop shadow. 

4. Take flower 6, resize to 30% and paste it as a new layer below the frame. Position it centered beneath the frame.

5. Take sun element paste as layer above frame, resize to 40%. Position centered over frame. give drop shadow.

6. Take gem pendant element, resize to 80%. Paste as a new layer and position centered above sun element. Give drop shadow.

7. Paste doodle2 element as a layer above mask layer. Re size to 30% and position to your liking in one corner of your tag. Repeat this for all corners. 

8. Paste your tube, resize to your liking and position slightly to the right of your frame. Give drop shadow. I used the crow from the kit in addition to my tube.

9. Take the Cloud element - paste as a new layer above the tube. re size to 40%. Position along bottom of tag, to the left side.

10. Take urn element, resize 50%, paste as layer above the cloud. position atbottom, slightly off center. give a drop shadow.

11. Take the cloud element resize 40%, paste as layer above urn and position at bottom right.

12. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

13. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

14. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Confection font at 120 pixels. apply drop shadow.

Bad Diva

1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 400 x 550 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper of choice (I used paper 10), paste as a new layer.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group.

3. Paste frame as new layer. Using your magic wand tool, select inside one section of the frame I began with the heart on my frame. Go to selections - modify - expand - 10. 

4. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer below the frame. (I used paper 18) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). give a drop shadow.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 on all sections of your frame. I used a different paper in each section. (see sample).

6. Using your magic wand tool, select inside one section of the frame. I used the heart again. Go to selections - modify - expand - 10.

7. Paste your tube below your frame but above your papers, position it to your liking in the selected section of the frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). give a drop shadow. Go to Properties, set Opacity to 80.

8. Using move tool, click on your frame. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel -use the following settings. Bevel 8, Width 8, Smoothness 0, Depth 20, Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Color HTML #800000, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 30.

9. Take the CharmSkullPinChrome element - paste as a new layer above the frame. re size to 40%. Position on heart section of the frame. Use your eraser tool to erase a small bit of the pin wire to make it appear as if it is stuck in the heart. Give a drop shadow.

10. Take sign2, resize 50%, paste as layer above the frame. position at lower right. give a drop shadow.

11. Take the rosesinpot embelishment resize 50%, paste as layer above sign and position slightly to the right. give drop shadow.

12. Paste barbwire element above frame, resize to 50%, duplicate the layer a couple times and space them out along the frame, use your eraser to remove any that hangs over frame. This should make it appear the barbwire is wrapped around the frame. give drop shadow.

13. Paste your tube as a new layer. Re size and position to your liking. Apply drop shadow to your tube.

14. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

15. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

One of a kind

1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 500 x 500 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper of choice (I used paper 01), paste as a new layer.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group.

3. Using your preset shape tool, draw a rectangle lengthwise across the tag. Position it as you prefer - I set mine a little more toward the top of the tag to go better with my tube. Use your magic wand select inside rectangle.

4. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer above the selected layer. (I used paper 9) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). give a drop shadow.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 making the second rectangle a little smaller than the first and positioned above the first. (see sample).

6. Take the mirror element - paste as a new layer above the rectangles. re size to 60%. Give a drop shadow.

7. Take the shear curtain, resize 40%, paste as layer above the retangles. position at top right corner of larger retangle. give a very light drop shadow.

8. Take the gem doodle 02 resize 60%, paste as layer above mask & below retangles. position at top right. give drop shadow.

9. Take the rose embelishment resize 60%, paste as layer and position above mirror. give drop shadow.

10. Paste your tube as a new layer. Re size and position to your liking. Apply drop shadow to your tube.

11. I took the chair only from the tablechair element - resized to 55%, paste as a new layer beneath tube, positioned so it looks like my gal is sitting on the chair.

12. Add any word art or other elements you want to your tag. Resize and position to your liking. Remember to drop shadow :)

13. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag like me).

14. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used SassyFrass font at 120 pixels. apply drop shadow.

15. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Tiff

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

Supplies needed:
Mask of choice.
Tube of choice.

Let's get started :)

1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 500 x 500 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper of choice (I used paper 01), paste as a new layer.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group.

3. Select frame of choice and past as a new layer above the merged layer group. (I used frame 02 resized to 65%). Use your magic wand select inside frame, go to selections - modify - expand - 12.

4. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer below the frame layer (I used paper 08) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

5. Take tifny_frame (the glitter frame) - paste a new layer below the other frame but above the paper. re size to 80% - this will give you a slight layered effect. Give both frames a drop shadow.

6. Paste your tube as a new layer. Re size and position to your liking. Apply drop shadow to your tube.

7. Take the diamond strand resize 80%, paste as layer above tube & frame.position at bottom of frame. give drop shadow.

8. Paste the baby's breath element above the frame but below the diamond strand, position to the right side of the frame. Give a drop shadow. Duplicate the layer then mirror. Use your eraser tool to shave off the excess stem that hangs off the bottom of frame.

9. Paste flower 6 above the baby's breath, position right side of frame near the middle, give a drop shadow.

10. Paste star jewel and postion over flower 6, give drop shadow and merge layer down. duplicate layer and mirror.

11. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag like me).

12. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Selfish font at 105 pixels. apply drop shadow.

13. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Summer Fae

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group. Give layer a drop shadow.

3. Select frame of choice and past as a new layer above the merged layer group. (I used frame 2 resized to 70%). Use your magic wand select inside frame, go to selections - modify - expand - 4.

4. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer below the merged mask layer (I used paper 7) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). resize the layer to 90%, give layer a drop shadow.

5. Use your magic wand select the outside edge of frame.

6. Take another paper (I used paper 10) and paste it as a new layer below the layer you were just working with. Cut selection (ctrl/x) and select none (ctrl/D). Give layer a drop shadow.

7. Delete frame layer (this will give you a mutli layer/color background for your tag).

8. Paste your tube as a new layer. Re size and position to your liking. Apply drop shadow to your tube.

9. I used the bridge which is also included in the scrapkit, resized to 60% and placed behind the fae.

10. Paste a couple of the elements, position them to your liking, resize if needed. Give them a drop shadow.

11. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag like me).

12. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Today font at 117 pixels. apply drop shadow.

13. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Jewel

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

Tube of choice.

I used Jewels of India from HezaScraps. (She has cool tagger kits - you should check her out!)

1. Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 600 x 600 pixels. Flood fill with white. Take paper of choice (I used paper 17), paste as a new layer.

2. Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group. I also resized the layer to 80%.

3. Select frame of choice and past as a new layer above the merged layer group. (I used frame 8). I also colored my frame to 'match' with my tube better. To do this, go to Adjust - Hue & Saturation - Colorize - Hue: 0, Saturation: 92.

4. Use your magic wand select inside frame, go to selections - modify - expand - 4.

5. Take another paper and paste it as a new layer above the merged layer and below the frame. (I used the moon2 element) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

6. Repeat #4-5 until all openings of the frame have been done.

7. Click on frame layer go to Adjust - Sharpness - unsharpen mask - Radius 1, Strength 64, Clipping 4. Give frame drop shadow, merge layer down. Repeat merge layer until all sections of the frame are merged with selections made in steps 4-6.

8. Paste your tube as a new layer above the frame. Re size and position to your liking. Apply drop shadow to your tube.

9. Paste ribbon (I used bow 8) above your tube, position at bottom of frame, apply drop shadow.

10. Paste a couple of the plant elements below the ribbon but above the frame, position them to the lower right corner of the frame. I resized mine 80%. Give them a drop shadow.

11. Paste a flower element below frame layer. Depending on the size, you may want to resize. Use your move tool to shift it to the left slightly to make it visible. (I used flower 5). Give it a drop shadow.

12. Paste frame 1 above flower layer, use move tool to position it to the left over the flower. I resized mine 80%.

13. Paste snake element above ribbon layer, position to the bottom left corner of tag. Give drop shadow. Duplicate layer and mirror, use move tool to shift duplicated layer to lower right hand corner of frame. Repeat this at top corners of frame (see sample).

14. Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

15. Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Stylin' BRK font at 72 pixels. apply drop shadow.

16. Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Dark Moon

Paste a journal element below frame layer. Depending on the size, you may want to use your move tool to shift it to the left slightly to make it visible. (I used journaling2). Give it a drop shadow.

Choose a few small elements or re size them - position them to your liking, apply drop shadow.

Crop and resize tag to your liking (if you prefer a smaller tag).

Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used Selfish font at 110 pixels. apply drop shadow.

Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)

Rock Gal

This tut is written for those with a basic knowledge of psp. I use psp 10.

Gather your supplies and open your psp. Open a new file size 400 x 400 pixels. Flood fill with white.

Take paper of choice (I used paper 5), paste as a new layer.

Create new mask layer, make sure 'Invert mask data' is checked if you use the same mask as me. Merge layer group.

Select frame of choice and past as a new layer above the merged layer group. (I used frame 2, re sized to 40%). Rotate image using 'free rotate' - left, 5.

Use your magic wand select inside frame, go to selections - modify - expand - 4.

Take another paper and paste it as a new layer above the mask layer and below the frame. (I used paper 10) Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D).

Paste your tube as a new layer above the frame. Re size to your liking. Duplicate the tube, then mirror it. Move the copy beneath the frame and position to your liking.

Using your magic wand, select inside the frame again, go to selections - modify - expand - 4.

Using your move tool click the tube beneath the frame. Invert selection (ctrl/shift/I) then hit delete, and select none (ctrl/D). Go to Layers - Properties - Blend mode: Luminance (Legacy) - Opacity: 80. Give layer a drop shadow (V: 0, H: 0, Opacity: 75, Blur: 3, Color: black). Merge Layer down.

Click on frame layer go to Adjust - Sharpness - unsharpen mask - Radius 1, Strength 64, Clipping 4. Give frame drop shadow, using same settings as last time. Merge layer down.

Choose a couple of small elements or re size them - position them on frame to your liking, apply drop shadow.

Apply drop shadow to your tube, make sure 'Shadow on new layer' is checked. Using your pick tool, move the shadow layer to the right slightly.

Add your name at the bottom of tag, I used TheNautiGal font at 36 points. apply drop shadow.

Add in any artist, copyright, & license info and voila! Your tag is done :)
